Rooms
• The room is fully furnished with a bed (200x90), mattress, sheets, pillows, chair, floor lamp, wardrobe and night table (no additional costs).
• It's about 13 m2 tall, but it's more spacious due to the high bed of your roommate, as the space below remains free. The room is also very bright due to the large windows.
• You'll share the room with one of my close friends, a 26-year-old researcher at TU. Because of his full schedule he is rarely home. It is respectful, attaches value to cleanliness and keeps the room well organized.

Apartment
• Newly renovated 144 m2 apartment.
• Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, dishwasher and oven.
• New washing machine.
• Two refrigerators.
• A living room with cabinets, dining table and chairs, a couch and a common beamer for use for all residents.
• A second beamer is available free of charge for use in the individual rooms.
• Two toilets.
• Two bathrooms.
• Bicycle parking in the backyard.

• Hofer: 2 minutes

• Although monthly cleaning is organised by the landlord, the roommates follow a weekly updated cleaning plan.

• Smoking is allowed in the backyard or in front of the front door.

• You will share the room with a 23-year-old nice guy. He is rare at home due to his busy schedule. He is respectful, values cleanliness, and keeps the room well-organized.
• You will have a unique wooden half-floor (mezzanine) providing added privacy and more space.

Flat
• Newly renovated 144 m2 flat.
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooking equipment, dishwasher, and oven.
• New washing machine.
• Two refrigerators.
• Living room with cabinets, a dining table and chairs, a couch, and a common projector available for all citizens.
• A second projector is available for individual room use and is free to borrow.
• Two toilets.
• Two bathrooms.
• Bicycle storage available in the backyard.
