Rent is 690 EUR, including heating, electricty and WIFI.
The new tenant would have to bear the following costs for entry:
1980 EUR that includes kaution + deposit, to be returned upon exit.
1900 EUR cost of furniture - negotiable, can also be paid in installments. Everything is high quality and in perfect condition, used for less than 10 months, which includes:
Double bed with thick mattress
Very large, electrically extendable sofa with covers and cushions
Extendable dining table with 4 chairs and side furniture for the living room (drawers, mirror, etc.)
High quality 65" TV with stand
Full kitchen appliances (incl. toaster, water heater, vacuum cleaner) and all utensils (cutlery, plates, etc.)
All furniture except bed and mattress is shared with roommate. The price is for my share of the cost discounted for use.

Important note to mention, the owners are extremely nice and attentive, which is often not the case.
