I am looking for a roommate (Women only) for my two-story apartment in the 16th district (3rd floor with elevator).

Both rooms are located on the upper floor, along with the bathroom (with bathtub) and the balcony. The room is very spacious, bright, and will be rented unfurnished.

On the lower floor, there is the kitchen, living room, and a separate WC. The apartment is fully furnished, which is why there is a one-time payment of €300. This includes the kitchen and kitchen furniture (including dishwasher), bathroom furniture (including washing machine), living room furniture and balcony furniture. Additionally, the apartment has a storage cellar and an inner courtyard where bicycles can be safely stored.

Location:
The apartment is situated near Wilhelminenberg and Kongresspark. The city center, the University of Vienna, and the Meidling and Westbahnhof train stations are reachable within 15-20 minutes by public transport. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and all essential shops are within walking distance.

Tram line 2 stops right in front of the building (direct connection to U6 and the city center).

Additional Information:
The rent includes all utilities, home insurance, and internet. Therme costs are billed separately once a year. Any other incidental costs will also be calculated separately. As I travel frequently, you will often have the apartment to yourself. I am a vegetarian and would prefer a roommate who doesn’t eat meat when I’m home.
