3-room appartment, with balcony and nice view

Hey!

I'm looking for a roommate from 1.01.2024 until 10.02.2024.
The room is 14 m2, heading south in the courtyard side, therefore very quiet. It has nice sunlight and it is partially furnished. There is a plant inside the room, but they can be removed if you wish.

The flat is very well located in the Praterstr., close to U2 and S-Bahn lines and the U1 is right on the door of the building. It´s close to Balthasar, the Donau Canal, and the parks Prater and Augarten, so there are many choices to go for a run. Supermarkets are all over around, as well as, restaurants and bars. Close to the city center by a walk, and good direct connections to the Vienna International Airport.

I'm a visual artist and teacher. Sometimes I work from home, therefore a peaceful life inside the apartment is a must. If you are an open-minded person, you have a wide range of interests, especially related to culture, you are clean and tidy, and you're working we might get along very well :)
We'll share the living room, bath, and kitchen. Your room is furnished with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a working table, and a plant. Since the bedroom is on the courtyard side, it's really quiet.
