In terms of location, while very easy to get to go Downtown and enjoy the classic and touristic Vienna, the flat is a new development, in a very contemporary and green neighbourhood, within close distance to swim in the Donau (8 min bike ride), to ride in the Prater (10 min), or just to sit and enjoy the Augarten Park (10 min).
Shops: You have at least 5 grocery shops in less than 400 m from the building (Hoffer, Eurospar, Billa, Spar), 4 bakeries (2 within 2 blocks, one in Vorgartenmarket and the other on LaSallestrasse).
Transport: Vorgartenstrasse U-Bahn (subway) is a 7 min walk from the flat. Once at Vorgartenstrasse U-Bahn, it will take another 10 mins to be at the Stephansdom (Downtown) which is 4 stations away. From there you are on foot for most of the city touristic points.
