This is a beautiful renovated attic flat with a big rooftop terrace and another separate balcony. The flat has 2 floors. Very high ceilings, nice architectural angles. Floors are beautiful real wood in a cherry color finish. The flat renovation is only a couple years old, from the past renter. The flat has great insulation, not much heating is needed during the winter.

There is also a nice big courtyard for the entire building. The flat terrace faces this courtyard. The flat is very quiet, since it is in the back building very far back from the main street. The front building and middle courtyard insulate and protect the flat from the main street noise. Location is superb for convenient walking/public transit, grocery shopping, proximity to city center, etc.

Bottom floor there is an entry hallway, a bathroom with tub and hookups for laundry machine, a separate guest toilet, and two bedrooms. One bedroom is average size while the other bedroom is larger. There is a balcony with access from the larger bedroom.

Top floor there is a spacious living room with an extended square alcove area, a dining room area, and the kitchen. The big terrace is located next to the dining area and kitchen. Fitted kitchen is included. There is a built-in small fridge, and I also purchased and added an extra small gray free-standing fridge.

There is a clean and dry private storage unit in cellar included, and there is shared protected bike storage area for the building. There is parking available at additional cost (I don't know the extra cost, since I don't use this option, but the property managers can help with this).

Pets are allowed.

I will also be selling most of the furniture (couch, grey shelves, writing table, coffee table, side cabinet, kitchen island, small gray free-standing fridge, washing machine and storage shelf, bed frame and new mattress, designer shoe rack, ikea front entryway shoe bench, front entryway coat hanger unit, etc). All excellent or good condition. Please feel free to ask about furniture for sale.
